The Virtual Benefits Fair is open to all benefit eligible employees/retirees and their extended families.
This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can take part from anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
The Virtual Benefits Fairs will be held from Monday, October 21, 2024 through Monday, November 8, 2024 with live presentations on:
  • October 29, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and
  • October 30, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We understand your schedule may not allow you to attend the event “live”. This platform will be available on-demand during and after the event is over via this link: mncppcbenefits.vfairs.com. Note, when visiting the event on-demand, you will not have the ability to chat live with our vendors or the Health & Benefits Office but can log questions for them to post answers to later.
Yes, you will need to enter your full name, email address (work or personal) and status (active retired/dependent) to obtain access to the Virtual Benefits Fair.
No. You do not need to download or install any software to take part. You simply need to have access to the Internet and register for the event in advance.
No. Some vendors may have the ability for you to request a video chat, but it is not required to participate.

No, registered employees will not be able to log in to the fair until 9:00 AM ET on October 21, 2024.
Yes, there will be a phone number for you to use for an audio possibility only for the live webinars.
No, employees will make elections via the Employee Self Service (ESS).

Retirees are not able to use ESS. Along with any employees who are also not able to use ESS, retirees will make elections using a paper enrollment/change form. All elections are due by the November 13th deadline. You may download forms by visiting the virtual Health & Benefits Information Booth.
